1st Professional Title, Inc. is a full-service real estate title and escrow company that conducts closings for the sale and refinance of residential and commercial properties. The company provides closing and title services to consumers and real estate professionals, including mortgage lenders, real estate agents, and developers in Southwest Florida.

Our goal 1st Professional Title is to give professional, honest and courteous assistance throughout the closing process. We strive to make our clients feel comfortable and at ease during this very important stage in their life.

We issue our title insurance on one of the World's top underwriters, Stewart Title Guaranty Company.

Being a Florida native, I have been working in the Real Estate business in Naples since 1978. Starting out in a property appraiser’s office I worked in many different fields in the real estate industry, such as mortgage banking, before I started in the title industry in 1984. I reached my goal of owning my own company in April 2004 when I started 1st Professional Title.

Born and raised in Florida, I have worked in the title business for 9 years with various companies in the Naples area. I have been with 1st Professional since it started and I enjoy every aspect of title work. My passion is to cook for friends and family and to work with pottery.
 
Jennifer Marchand
Marketing Consultant  
Two years ago I moved from Maryland to Florida. Up until recently I worked in the dental field when I decided to start a new career in the real estate and title industry. This was the best move that I’ve ever made. I started at 1st Professional Title at the beginning of this year and I love learning new aspects of marketing and the title business. I enjoy living in Florida, especially the beach and being out on a boat.
